Bhubaneswar: Housing and Urban Development Department Minister Pratap Jena on Friday inaugurated a new housing project on city outskirts which is expected to be completed in three and a half years.
The project estimated at Rs 63.73 crore will have a total 198 flats for different income groups. In the first phase, the selling process of 40 EWS flats, 20 LIG, and 100 MIG flats commenced today.
The project, ‘Subhadra Enclave’ by Odisha State Housing Board (OSHB), has five-storeyed structures spread over 2 acres, located at Dumduma. The applicants will receive their flats at present day (December 2021) rates, after completion, Department authorities stated.
Among others, OSHB Chairman Priyadarshi Mishra, Director Municipal Administration Sangramjit Nayak, Special Secretary Subhendu Kanungo, and OSHB Secretary Sagarika Pattanaik were present on the occasion.
