Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Wednesday appointed IAS officer Debasis Singh as Additional Secretary in the General Administration & Public Grievance (GA&PG) Department.
The GA & PG Department issued a notification in this regard on Wednesday.
Singh was earlier posted as Additional Secretary in the Housing and Urban Development Department.
