Bhubaneswar: The Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur (IIM Sambalpur) and the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on research initiatives, executive training programs, and academic exchanges in the areas of climate change and sustainability.
The agreement was signed by Prof. M. P. Jaiswal, Director of IIM Sambalpur, and Dr. Arunabha Ghosh, CEO of CEEW.
The partnership aims to advance joint research initiatives, provide training to IIM Sambalpur researchers on CEEW’s advanced analytical tools, and facilitate guest lectures by CEEW experts at IIM Sambalpur. Additionally, students and faculty from IIM Sambalpur will have access to internship and fellowship opportunities at CEEW.
The MoU signing ceremony took place at Kharvel Bhawan in the presence of Science and Technology Minister Krushna Chandra Patra. This collaboration is expected to drive research and action on climate change and sustainability, ultimately contributing to Odisha’s economic growth and development.
