Berhampur: Bada Bazar Police in Berhampur of Ganjam district busted an illegal gutkha trade and a fake liquor factory in two separate raids on Friday.
Around 27 bags of gutkha were seized from a house near a restaurant on the Berhampur-Digapahandi road. The accused identified as Kalu Patra was running a hardware store but was illegally storing gutkha inside the house.
A fake foreign liquor manufacturing unit was busted during a raid at Om Nagar. A huge amount of fake liquor has been seized from there.
