Bhubaneswar: Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at many places over Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Angul, Dhenkanal, Malkangiri, Koraput, and Nawarangpur and at a few places over the rest districts, the IMD stated.
According to the Met Department, thunderstorm with lightning very likely to occur at one or two places over Kalahandi, Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Gajapati, Ganjam, Kandhamal, Puri, Khurda, Nayagarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Boudh, Cuttack and Jajpur districts.
A yellow warning has been issued by the IMD for these districts. On Tuesday and Wednesday, heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Koraput, Nawarangpur, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Rayagada, Gajapati, Ganjam, Khurda, Puri, and Nayagarh, the IMD added.
