Bhubaneswar: While dry weather prevailed across Odisha during the last 24 hours, the regional center of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) here has forecast a fresh spell of rain in the state from January 31.
According to the weather office, shallow to moderate fog occurred at one or two places in Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, and Kalahandi of interior Odisha with dense fog at one place in Angul.
Minimum temperatures observed marked a fall at one or two places in south interior Odisha, an appreciable fall at one or two places in interior Odisha, and no large change elsewhere. They were markedly below normal at one or two places over the districts of north interior Odisha, appreciably below normal at a few places in interior Odisha, and below normal at one or two places in Odisha and normal elsewhere.
