Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy rainfall in 11 districts of Odisha during the next 24 hours.
“Heavy Rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Deogarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Nawarangapur, Nuapada, and Bolangir during the next 24 hours,” the IMD has said in its midday weather bulletin.
The weather agency has issued a ‘yellow warning’ for the aforementioned districts.
Besides, light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at many places over the districts of Odisha during the next 24 hours, the weather agency’s bulletin added.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at most places over the districts of North Coastal Odisha and at many places over the rest districts of Odisha.
YELLOW WARNING:-(BE UPDATED) Heavy Rainfall very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Keonjhar,Mayurbhanj, Deogarh, Sundargarh, Sambalpur, Bargarh, Dhenkanal, and Boudh.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at most places over the districts of South Interior Odisha and at many places over the rest districts of Odisha.
