Bhubaneswar: The regional center of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) here has predicted light to moderate rain/thundershower with one or two intense to very intense spells of rainfall in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack city area between 1.00 pm and 7.00 pm on Thursday.
The weather office has also warned people to avoid movement during the intense spells as visibility will be poor and roads may be slippery. Moreover, people have been advised to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
