Bhubaneswar: The cyclonic circulation over Bihar now lies over south Bihar & neighbourhood extending upto 1.5 km above mean sea level with a trough aloft roughly along Lat. 88°E to the north of 22°N at 3.1 km above mean sea level.
On the other hand, the Monsoon Trough at mean sea level now passes through Amritsar, Yamuna Nagar, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Patna, Malda and thence eastwards towards Manipur, the IMD stated.
