Bhubaneswar: The regional office of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday predicted light to moderate rain accompanied by thundershowers and lightning at various places across Odisha for the next five days.

July 12, 2023: Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at many places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Nabarangpur, Gajapati, Rayagada, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, and at a few places over the remaining districts of Odisha. YELLOW WARNING: (TO BE UPDATED) Heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Gajapati, and Nabarangpur.
July 13, 2023: Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at many places over the districts of Balasore, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Sundargarh, Bhadrak, and at a few places over the rest districts of Odisha.
