Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted light thunderstorm, lightning and light to moderate rain in several places in 10 districts within three hours.
“Light thunderstorm, lightning and light to moderate rain with wind speed 30kmph to 40kmph likely to affect some parts of districts of Mayurbhanj, Khorda, Keonjhar, Balasore, Cuttack, Jagatsingpur, Nuapada, Bolangir, Sundargarh and Balasore within next three hours,” an IMD bulletin stated.
People are advised to keep a watch on the weather for worsening conditions and stay ready to move to safer places accordingly.
