Bhubaneswar: Thunderstorm with lightning is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Nawarangpur, Nuapada, Kalahandi, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Bolangir, Bargarh, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, and Sonepur during the next 24 hours, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned.
It has issued a ‘Yellow’ alert for these districts.
Besides, light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at a few places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Nawarangpur, Nuapada, Kalahandi, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, and at one or two places over the rest districts of Odisha during the next 24 hours, IMD said.
