Infant Boy Goes Missing From House In Odisha’s Paradip

**Paradip:** The disappearance of a one-and-a-half-year-old boy from his house at Atharbanki Railway Colony in Paradip today has sent shockwaves throughout the town.

As per the child’s grandmother, Manjulata Nayak, she had put the child to sleep while his mother had gone to wash dishes. Later, Manjulata left the child sleeping and had gone to have some conversation with her son, but upon her return she found the child missing.

Unable to find him in their house, the family members searched for the boy everywhere in the locality but he was nowhere to be found, following which they have lodged a missing complaint at the Paradip police station.

The child’s father, Rabindra Nayak, suspects that their boy has been abducted by an old man sitting in front of a Shiba Temple in their locality. The old man is also nowhere to be seen since disappearance of the boy.

Meanwhile, Paradip police have initiated an investigation to trace the missing child.
