**Nuapada**: In a tragic incident, a woman, who is mentally unstable, killed her three minor children by drowning them in a well at Keshrajpur village under Boden police station here on Tuesday.
The deceased include two boys aged four and one and a three-year old daughter.
Sources said the woman, identified as Lochani Majhi dropped her three children into a well and screamed for help.
The locals rushed to the spot and recovered the three bodies.
Meanwhile, the police has detained the woman and questioning her.
The reason behind the shocking act is yet to be ascertained.
