Bhubaneswar: In commemoration of the 8th consecutive year of implementation of SwachhataPakhwadawith intense focus on issues and practices of Swachhata in Government departments, the Institute of Life Sciences, Bhubaneswar celebrated the National Technology Day 2023 on Thursday with students from various colleges and Universities in Bhubaneswar.
The program had technology-led lectures by eminent guests, technology-related product displays and student interaction sessions on ‘Swachhata’. The panel discussion included experts from the minerals and mining sector, dental materials as well as on various areas of life sciences.
An innovation challenge was floated by the DBT-ILS Bio incubation center with an idea to promote innovation-led entrepreneurship. The Innovation Challenge results were declared on the occasion of National Technology Day.
The event was concluded with an address by Dr Rajeev Swain, Convenor of the Outreach Committee of ILS.
