Bhubaneswar: Interior parts of Odisha experienced the coldest day of April on Thursday breaking all-time record due to a significant drop in day temperature under the impact of rain and cloudy sky, India Meteorological Department’s (IMD’s) regional centre here informed in a post on X.
Titilagarh: 24°C (earlier record 28.5°C, 4th April 2008, so far from 1952)
Sambalpur: 25.7°C (earlier record 25.7°C, 7th April 2008, so far from 1952)
Hirakud: 26.1°C (earlier record 27.6°C, 22nd April 2023, so far from 1973)
Angul: 26.7°C (earlier record 27.7°C, 6th April 2008, so far from 1921)
