Bhubaneswar: Prof Jayanta Kumar Panda has been elected the president of Cuttack Club, one of the premier heritage clubs in the State, on Sunday.
Panda is the Head of the PG Department of Medicine at SCB Medical College in Cuttack.
As announced by the Club, Janmejaya Mohapatra was elected the Vice-President, Jasobanta Das as the Honorary Secretary, Satyamohan Rath as the Joint Secretary, and Satyasovan Nanda as the Treasurer.
The Managing Committee Members include Amulya Kumar Dash, Anupam Rath, Bijay Kumar Sahoo, Sambit Dash, Satyabrata Das, Subhasis Sahu, Subrat Das, Sudipto Podder, and Vinay Kumar Santuka.
Cuttack Club is one of the oldest Clubs not only in the State but in the entire Country. The Club was established in 1865 in the heart of Cuttack.
