**Bhubaneswar:** In view of the Jammu and Kashmir terror attack, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has urged all educational institutions to observe two minutes of silence at 11 am today.
The Chief Minister has made the request to honor the brave-heart CRPF jawans who made supreme sacrifice and attained martyrdom.
On Friday, the Chief Minister conveyed his condolences, announced Rs 10 lakh ex gratia for each bereft kin of the two Odia martyrs (Manoj Behera and Prasanna Sahoo) and also talked to their family members over phone.
On February 14 at around 3.15 p.m, a ‘Fidayeen’ bomber belonging to the Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) rammed an explosive-laden SUV into a bus carrying CRPF troopers in Lethpora area of Pulwama. The attack claimed 45 lives and stunned the nation.
