Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has appointed IRTS officer Kaustuva Dipta Pany as Joint Secretary to the Government of Odisha’s Commerce & Transport Department.
The General Administration and Public Grievance Department has issued a notification in this regard.
A 2016 batch officer, Pany, who is currently serving in the Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, Government of India, will join his new role on foreign service terms and conditions for a period of three years, effective September 9, 2025.
In addition to his new duties as Joint Secretary, Pany will continue to hold the charge of Commissioner, Rail Co-ordination.
