Kendrapara People Thank Odisha CM For Sanctioning Rs 200 Cr Drinking Water Project For Mahakalpada
**Bhubaneswar: ** Even though it was not a BJD ‘Mishran Parba’ (BJD joining occasion) in Naveen Niwas on Tuesday unlike Monday and many other days earlier, the Odisha Chief Minister’s residential premises resounded with sloganeerings and hailing of the BJD supremo-cum-Chief Minister for sanctioning a drinking water project.
The inhabitants from Mahakalpada assembly segment in Kendrapara parliamentary constituency thronged the Naveen Niwas to express their gratitude to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik for sanctioning a much-sought-after drinking water project in the area.
Informing media, Mahakalpada MLA Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak said, “As it had been demanded most, the Chief Minister sanctioned Rs 200 crore for this drinking water project. An agency has already been entrusted with the job to be executed. The project will be completed in 2 years.”
