**Nuapada:** Vigilance sleuths conducted simultaneous raids at the houses of Khariar Tehsildar-in-charge Sadashiv Nayak and some of his relatives on charges of amassing properties disproportionate to his known sources of income.
According to information, four teams of Vigilance officers are now conducting searches at Nayak’s houses at Nuapada and three other places and office room at Khariar. The raids are being conducted on capacity of a search warrant issued by the court.
During the raid, the team laid its hands on movable and immovable assets in the name of Nayak and his family members which would be disclosed only after the raids are over, according to officials.
