**Puri**: The valedictory session of weak-long Puri Sea Beach Carnival that ended on the Republic Day evening, etched a mesmerising note as the chief host-cum-Collector Arvind Agarwal virtually unleashed a tantalising spell on the audience when he took the centrestage with Bollywood sensation Govinda dancing with him at ease for the entertainment of all.
The bureaucrat tapped his legs as well as was in sync with the postures and gestures of the film hero on the popular Hindi film number “Kisi disco mein jaen” for considerable moments.
Designed in the lines of Goa carnival, the beach carnival was organised to showcase the cultural diversity of Odisha and also carved a niche of the pilgrim city’s amiable hospitality in the global forum.
