Bhubaneswar: Three youths sustained injuries after coming in contact with a kite ‘Manja’ in Dumduma area of the city on Tuesday.
The incident took place when the youths were coming on a bike and were trapped in a kite Manja. The injured youths were rescued by locals and shifted to hospital.
The incident sparked tension in the area and police rushed to the spot. The manja has been seized and a case has been registered in this connection.
