**Bhubaneswar: ** The Odisha State Commission for Women (SCW) has sought a report from the Koraput SP within a week in the sensational gangrape of a minor tribal girl of Koraput allegedly by unidentified armed men in uniform recently.
The SCW has also sent a four-member fact-finding team to the spot in a bid to probe into the barbaric incident.
This was informed to media on Friday by Odisha SCW chairperson Lopamudra Buxipatra.
Notably, Odisha Police have already initiated intensive enquiry into the red flag tagged case.
However, no accused have yet been identified.
A specialized team of the Odisha Crime Branch and also forensic science experts have been pressed into action to gather evidence.
The victim girl is undergoing medical treatment as she was admitted to the Koraput District Headquarters Hospital in a critical condition.
