Bhubaneswar: With the Southwest monsoon remaining active over Odisha, most districts of the state are very likely to experience light to moderate rain or thundershower during the next five days.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at many places over the districts of Keonjhar, Sundargarh, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Bargarh, Bolangir, Nuapada, Sonepur, Jharsuguda and at a few places over the rest districts of Odisha during the next 24 hours.
Besides, heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, and Jharsuguda, during the next 24 hours, the IMD said.
The IMD in its forecast for Bhubaneswar and neighbourhood valid for the next 24 hours, has said that the sky will remain partly cloudy with the possibility of development of thunder/lightning.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at many places over the districts of Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Jharsuguda and at a few places over the rest districts of Odisha.
Day 3 (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 29.06.2023 to 0830 hrs IST of 30.06.2023)
Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at a few places over the districts of Odisha.
Day 4 (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 30.06.2023 to 0830 hrs IST of 01.07.2023)
Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at many places over the districts of North Coastal Odisha, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar and at a few places over the rest districts of Odisha.
Day 5 (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 01.07.2023 to 0830 hrs IST of 02.07.2023)
Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at many places over the districts of Coastal Odisha, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar and at a few places over the rest districts of Odisha.
