Bhubaneswar: With Southwest Monsoon remaining subdued in the State light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Odisha during the next five days, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast in its mid-day bulletin issued on Monday.
However, thunderstorm with lightning is very likely to occur at one or two places in some districts of the State on Thursday and Friday, the IMD’s mid-day bulletin added. The IMD has issued a ‘Yellow’ alert for these districts.
In its forecast for Bhubaneswar and its neighbourhood, the weather agency has predicted a partly cloudy sky with the possibility of development of thunder/lightning.
