**Khurda:** In a shocking incident, over 50 cattle, including cows and goats, were killed by lightning at Kankadahad village in Bangida panchayat under Sadar police limits in the district today.
Two persons were also critically injured in the incident and admitted at Khurda District Headquarters Hospital (DHH).
The injured were identified as Suresh Bhuyan and Aranya Martha, both residents of Bhatapada village and owners of the deceased cattle.
