Low-Pressure Area

Bhubaneswar: A low-pressure area is likely to form in the north-western part of the Bay of Bengal around May 27, 2025, according to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD).

The system is expected to intensify over the next two days, which could lead to significant changes in the region’s weather conditions.

The Meteorological Department is closely monitoring the situation and authorities are urging the public to stay alert and follow updates from reliable sources as the system progresses.

IMD has cautioned that the development of this low-pressure area could bring impacts to both coastal and inland regions and residents are advised to remain vigilant in the coming days.
