Bhubaneswar: A huge fire broke out at a mixture factory at Saheed Nagar in Bhubaneswar in the early hours of Saturday.
According to reports, the fire started around 5:30 am at the factory named ‘Mukharuchi.’ It is believed that the fire was caused by oil stored in a hot pan inside the shop.
Upon being informed, firefighters quickly arrived at the scene and managed to control the fire, preventing it from spreading to nearby shops.
“The ingredients used in making the mixture were completely destroyed in the fire, but the situation is now under control,” said Assistant Fire Officer Manoranjan Rout.
While the exact cause of the fire is still under investigation, a short circuit is suspected to have triggered the incident.
