Bhubaneswar: Noted disabled rights activist Jitendra Biswal has filed a petition in the Orissa High Court to make Puri Jagannath Temple accessible to persons with disabilities.
Biswal said, “As I did not get any response from appropriate forums despite repeated request to make the Puri Jagannath Temple disabled friendly, I have moved the High Court.”
The activist has filed a petition in High Court seeking it’s direction to make Puri Shree Mandir wheelchair-accessible.
