Man Beats Wife To Death Over Domestic Dispute In Keonjhar

Bhubaneswar: A person allegedly beat his wife to death following a dispute between the couple. The domestic violence has been reported from Kadadiha village under Nayakote police station in Keonjhar district.

The deceased woman has been identified as Mili Munda. Police, meanwhile, detained her husband Babulal Munda for interrogation.

According to reports, a dispute arose between Babula and his wife, Mili, over some issue, which led to a quarrel between them. Eventually, their dispute escalated into physical altercation, and an angered Babula beat Mili to death with a stick.

The matter came to light after the police received information about the incident and took Babulal into custody.

Police, meanwhile, are investigating the circumstances surrounding the Mili’s death.
