Bhubaneswar: Sundargarh Town police have on Friday arrested a person for allegedly duping aspirants to get them jobs in the railways by posing as a CBI officer.
According to reports, Sundargarh Town police based on the complaints of four job aspirants arrested Umesh Tanti. Accused Tanti hails from Pandaridhipa under Sundargarh Town police limits.
Tanti allegedly posing himself as a CBI officer duped four persons of Rs 2.25 lakh to provide them with jobs in the railways.
