Bhubaneswar: In a tragic incident, a scooterist was killed after he was hit by a ‘Mo Bus’ in Raghunathpur area of the city under Nandankanan police limits on Wednesday.
The deceased has been identified as Khirod Padhi of Parikud in Puri district.
Padhi died on the spot after ‘Mo Bus’ hit his scooter. Tension mounted in Raghunathpur area following the mishap.
Soon after the incident, Nandankanan police reached the spot, seized the body and sent it for post-mortem before initiating a probe into the incident.
