Man & Woman Go Missing After Jumping Into Kathajodi River At Trisulia

Cuttack: A man and a woman suspected to be husband and wife went missing after jumping into the Kathajodi river from the bridge at Trisulia under Barang police limits in Cuttack district today evening.

The missing persons have been identified as Pradyumn Lenka and Barsha Lenka. They hail from Banki area of Cuttack district.

According to reports, the man and the woman came to Trisulia bridge in the evening and after keeping their mobile phone and Aadhar Cards on the bridge jumped into the river.

Police and Fire Service personnel reached the spot after being informed by the locals. Fire personnel have launched an operation to rescue the duo.

However, due to darkness, the operation has been affected.
