Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Friday appointed Mansi Nimbhal, a 2010-batch IAS officer, as Director of Tourism.
“She is allowed to remain in additional charge of Managing Director, Odisha Tourism Development Corporation”, read the notification issued by the General Administration Department.
According to the notification, Samarth Verma, Director of Tourism and a 2011-batch IAS officer, will take on additional responsibilities.
Verma will now also serve as the Managing Director of Odisha Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC), Managing Director of the Odisha Film Development Corporation (OFDC), and Director of Technical Education & Training, Odisha.
“Shri Samarth Verma, IAS(RR-2011), Director, Tourism with additional charge of Managing Director, Odisha Tourism Development Corporation, Managing Director, Odisha Film Development Corporation and Director, Technical Education & Training, Odisha is appointed as Director, Technical Education & Training, Odisha”, read the notification.
