Bhubaneswar: The evaluation of answer papers for the recently concluded High School Certificate (HSC) examinations will begin tomorrow, as announced by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha.
As per reports, around 15,000 teachers have been assigned to evaluate the answer sheets across 52 evaluation centres. The Board authorities have written to all District Education Officers (DEOs) regarding this matter. The exams, which concluded on March 2, saw participation from 5,46,582 students across 3,082 examination centres, all equipped with CCTV cameras for surveillance.
As per the decision taken by the Board, the evaluation process is set to be completed within 15 days, by April 2. Chief Examiners, Deputy Chief Examiners, Assistant Inspectors, and all appointed officials and staff have been instructed to be alert. They are required to report to the evaluation centres by 10 am daily, while camp officers and staff must arrive by 9:30 am.
The Board authorities monitored the evaluation process from the control room through the Command Control System.
