Bhubaneswar: The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, has released the results of the Matric Supplementary and State Open School Certificate examinations.
According to the board, the pass percentage for the supplementary exam is 56.23%, while it is 55.26% for the open school exam. A total of 3,457 students appeared for the supplementary exam, out of which 1,944 were successful. In the open school exam, 10,809 students appeared, and 5,973 cleared the exam.
The results are available on the board’s official website, (www.bseodisha.ac.in). To access the result through SMS, students need to type 010210 followed by their roll number and send it to 5676730.
In a press conference, the board president Srikant Tarai announced that students who have passed the supplementary or open school exams can apply for admission to higher secondary classes through the SAMS.
Notably, the High School Supplementary examination was conducted from July 1 to 10, and a total of 3,232 students appeared for the examination at 98 examination centres. The State Open School Certificate examination was conducted at 103 centres, with 10,809 students appearing for the examination.
