**Bhubaneswar:** Health Department of the Odisha Government on Thursday ordered probe into the allegations of medical students being engaged by professors and HOD’s for personal work.
The probe order came soon after the Directorate of Medical Education & Training (DMET) sent notices to Government medical colleges in the State seeking reports on this issue.
In the notice, the institutions are also instructed to make sure that any such practice doesn’t occur in the campus.
Sources said that the DMET received several complaints regarding this problem in last few days. The PG students and research scholars were said to be engaged in a domestic works by some senior academicians.
