‘Millet Mela’ Organised At Mundali CISF Training Centre

Bhubaneswar: A two-day “Millet Mela” was organized at the CISF Kharavela Regional Training Centre (KRTC) in Mundali on November 25 and 26.

The event, initiated by the Ministry of Home Affairs and CISF Headquarters, aimed to promote millet consumption and its health benefits.

The fair showcased various millets and millet-based cuisines, highlighting their recipes, ease of preparation, and nutritional advantages. The event was attended by CISF staff, trainees, sister agencies, school students, and local villagers.

The successful event raised awareness about the importance of millets for a healthier lifestyle. By promoting millet consumption, the initiative aims to encourage healthy eating habits and improve overall well-being.
