Bhubaneswar: The State Government on Tuesday confirmed the death of another four persons due to COVID-19 across Odisha.
According to the Health and Family Welfare Department, a 56-year-old man from Cuttack, 14-year-old girl from Kendrapada, 60-yead-old woman from Koraput and 88-year-old man from Sundergarh are among the casualties.
The two persons who died due to COVID in Sundergarh and Koraput were having comorbidities, the Health Department stated.
With these cases, the State’s COVID toll rose to 8,492. In Odisha, the maximum COVID deaths have been reported from Khurda (1,610), Cuttack (863) and Sundergarh (596).
