Baripada: A five-year-old girl died after a kutcha wall of her neighbour’s house collapsed. The mishap took place today morning Kalshibhanga village under Gorumahisani police limits in Mayurbhanj district.
The deceased, identified as Mausumi Majhi, was the daughter of Rasananda Majhi of the same village. According to reports, Mausami had gone to her neighbour Faguram Murmu’s house to catch flies when the mud wall collapsed on her.
Mausumi was rescued in critical condition and admitted to the hospital where she succumbed. A case has been registered in this connection.
