Puri: At least 20 crude bombs were hurled by unidentified miscreants in Bramhagiri region here on Thursday. The incident was reported from Danduasipada village under Bramhagiri police limits.
According to reports, two warring groups had clashed before the panchayat elections in the village. Over the same dispute, there was a clash between the groups again on Thursday during which bombs were hurled.
The local police have fortified the village and launched a search for the miscreants involved in the case. So far, six persons have been arrested in this connection and as many injured, reports added.
