Puri: Anti-socials unleashed terror last night on the streets of Gudia Sahi in the pilgrim town. At least two persons sustained injuries in the attack by unidentified armed miscreants.
Going by the CCTV footage, at least three to four masked men riding on bikes came to Gudia Sahi under Puri Town police limits, with sharp weapons and lathis.
All of a sudden they started attacking a couple of youths seated on their motorcycles. Two persons injured in the attack were shifted to the hospital.
Puri SP Dr KV Singh said stern action will be initiated against all involved in the incident. “The youths have been identified and it seems to be an outcome of past enmity. Action will be taken,” he said.
