Cuttack: Body of a missing Plus-2 student of Christ College in Cuttack was recovered by fire services personnel & ODRAF team from near Jobra Anicut across Mahanadi river on Thursday.
Reportedly, the deceased identified as Tusharkant Sahu was missing since Tuesday. His parents had lodged a complaint at Cantonment Police Station alleging that he has been kidnapped by his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend.
Police with the help of fire services personnel and ODRAF team had launched a search operation after his bike was found near Dhabaleswar ghat of Mahanadi river. Meanwhile, the body has been sent for post-mortem.
