**Bhubaneswar**: A day after BJP concluded its two-day National Executive Meeting here, the saffron party on Monday said party’s national President Amit Shah will come to the state again in June and August.
Shah will visit Odisha in June for three days – June 22, 23, 24 and again for three days in August- August 8, 9, 10.
“Amit Shahji will visit Odisha for six days in June and August this year. He will connect with booth-level workers and strategise the plan for strengthening the party,” said Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram.
On the other hand, Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is arriving here on Tuesday on a three-day Odisha visit.
Sources said she will address a gathering on April 19 in the capital city here, to counter the BJP’s poll strategy ahead of the 2019 general elections.
TMC State convenor Arya Kumar Gyanendra said that her tour is “purely personal and has nothing to do with politics”.
