Bhubaneswar: The International Transport Summit is being held in Moscow from 24th August to 27th August 2023, convened by the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development of Moscow in partnership with the Department for External Economic and International Relations of Moscow.
It provides a unique platform for city mayors, transport ministers, CEOs of international transport operators, technology-based companies, transportation experts, and academics to engage in meaningful discussions on urban mobility, according to an official press release of CRUT.
CRUT was represented at the prestigious summit by its Managing Director, Arun Bothra.
One remarkable highlight of the Summit was the spotlight on the #MoBus success story, which has captured global attention. In his address, Bothra highlighted CRUT’s commitment towards a customer-centric approach and its unwavering efforts to promote inclusivity within urban mobility solutions.
Apart from the activities of CRUT, Bothra spoke about India’s commitment to issue of climate change and environment protection. In this regard, he mentioned about recently announced PM e-Bus Sewa and informed the international audience as to how the Centre and Odisha Government are working together for sustainable urban mobility.
Bothra talked about the progress India has made in the spheres of infrastructure and all modes of transportation such as trains, road, air and waterways.
