Bhubaneswar: In a tragic incident, one person died after being hit by a goods truck near Kala Bhoomi, Odisha Crafts Museum in Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on Monday.
According to reports, the deceased was on a morning walk when he was hit by a speeding truck, killing him instantly.
Upon being informed, police officials rushed to the accident site, arrested the accused driver, and seized the truck.
The police have sent the deceased’s body for autopsy and initiated an investigation into the matter.
