**Dhenkanal / Bargarh**: The ruling BJD has emerged victorious in the Notified Area Council Elections held in Dhenkanal’s Hindol and Bargarh’s Attabira. The counting of votes in both the places started today and the winning streak of BJD could be clearly noticed in the results declared.
While the conch party has completely swept the Attabira [NAC elections](https://www.ommcomnews.com/public/live-updates-on-nac-election-results) by winning all the 12 wards, it emerged victorious in 13 out of 16 wards in Hindol.
Out of the other 3 wards, one was won by BJP and other two were won by independent candidates.
The Congress did not win a single seat in any of the NACs.
The polling was held on April 3 and the counting started on Wednesday (April 5) morning.
