Bhubaneswar: National award winner for Handlooms, Sanjay Meher on Friday donated an amount of Rs 75,000 to the Chief Minister Relief Fund.
Meher, who runs Lucky Handlooms in Bargarh district handed over a cheque of Rs 75,000 to the CMRF through Rita Sahu, Minister of Handlooms, Textiles & Handicrafts Department.
Receiving the cheque from Sahoo on behalf of the Government, Chief Secretary Pradeep Kumar Jena praised Meher for his contribution to handlooms and generosity.
