Bhubaneswar: An adorable video featuring an elephant trying to steal food from the first floor of a building has garnered the attention of 31.9k viewers on X.

The 25-second-long video captured a naughty tusker trying hard to savor food stored on the first floor of a building, by taking support of an extended structure on the building wall.

The video was shared by senior IFS officer Susanta Nanda on Sunday evening using his X handle.

Sharing the video, Nanda, who serves as PCCF (Wildlife), Odisha, wrote, “Reaching the 1st floor…With two thousand kg plus weight on the hind limbs, the sense of addiction to human food must have been gigantic.”

Another user wrote, “Looks like the obesity epidemic will find its way among elephants 🤣.”
